Bye Bye Shaggy

Gavin is so particular. And gets nervous very easy. He absolutely HATES hair cuts. He's so scared of the clippers and wont hold still when they scissor cut his hair. So badly that he grabbed the scissors and I've had two kid cut places only cut 1/2 of his hair and refuse to do anymore because he's freaking out so badly. So I've let his hair get shaggy. But it came to a point that I couldn't stand it anymore. His hair was getting in his eyes and just always looked messy. So I did a little bribery and took him to snip its. To my surprise he just sat there. He didn't fuss once, he was actually happy getting his hair cut.

I was shocked!!! And delighted.. When he was all done he said. "see that wasn't scary, lets get ice cream." Little stinker.

Much better no more shaggy hair.

We had to go to the school right after to pick up the older boys so I wanted to snap a quick picture before he got messy with ice cream.

When Josh saw him he started to cry.   It took me by suprise.  I thought he looked cute.  Josh was upset because he thought he didn't look like a baby anymore and looks too old.

He's right.  He's getting too big too fast.  He's only a inch shorter then Josh and weighs 3 lbs less.

He's not a baby anymore that's for sure.  If only we could get him potty trained he would really be a big boy then. But oh MAN HE'S STUBBORN!!!
