Trevor's 8

I can't believe it was 8 years ago I was so blessed to become a Mother. It was a struggle getting there but well worth the wait. Trevor has challenged us in so many ways teaching us "experts" that we knew nothing about raising children. Ryan being the oldest of 6 and me having several nieces and nephews at the age of 5 thought we had all the answers. Until this little boy with an abundance of curiosity came into our lives. He's brilliant and his mind is constantly working on what he's going to do next. He has always liked doing activities, playing games, exploring out doors and climbing in and out of things. He's not one to sit still by any means. At the age of 1 he lined up 10 cars on some stairs and sat and counted all of them. He spoke full sentences at 18 months (which was amazing seeing how he had no teeth.) and also at 18 months we had to put him in a toddler bed because he would flip out of his bed head first. He's always seemed to be one step a head of us. But as adventurous as he is he has the kindest heart. He's always been one with lots of friends and everyone loves being around him. When he wants to do what is right nothing stops him and for that I'm grateful. I love this kid with all my heart. And I am so grateful that I was so blessed to be his mom. I can't believe how fast he's growing up and that he will be baptised this year. I pray that he will understand how much we love and adore him and want nothing for him but happiness and to grow up being a righteous young man.
Happy Happy 8Th birthday Trevor we are so proud of you!!!

Ok- that was weird! The play at the end should say, we need to get our boys together to play. I don't know where the rest of the message went on that last one. Strange...

We'll be thinking of Trevor on Saturday. Ben will be getting baptized here that day! Ironically, my parents will be coming from WA as you are traveling there!
