Ok so I think almost everyone's new year resolution has something to do with either eating healthy or losing weight. I have about 15 pounds left from my baby weight to lose and I've been in denial I guess because I just can't get motivated to lose it. I've joined this competition and don't want to lose $. Not to mention Ryan and I are finally going to Mexico for our 10 year anniversary that will now be our 12th. I don't want to be a Chunky monkey on the beach. So I need all the encouragement that I can get.So none of this you look great business. I will not post the before picture until I have the after picture to follow it up. So either I lose the weight or I die of embarrassment and disappointment because I have it now on my blog.

I hear you! I have sooo many reasons to loose my baby weight (the baby is 6) especially this year! We are going to Mexico again in June so that would be an excelent reason, our class reunion and my mothers wedding! What kind of competition are you doing? It sounds motivational! Good luck!

Also, when we were home for Christmas we went over to your parents' house. Kevin wanted to see the furniture your dad made for your mom, and oh my gosh it was beautiful! Your mom has that house decorated so cute! I haven't been to your house in years, so it was fun walking through it and remembering the "old days" ~ haha. Hope you had a great Christmas!

Oh, that Christmas story you asked about is called "The Last Straw" By: Paula Palangi McDonald If you can't find it in the stores you can get it on line at Seagull Books. As far as the mangers I used large popcicle sticks and glues them to make a v and I guled sticks to run along side the v shape to make the legs.
