Blue and gold

Another blue and gold has come and gone.  Next year it will be Trevor's cross over from cub scouts to boys scouts and Josh will be starting Cubs in June.  They are getting so so big. This year I volunteered again to do the whole Navajo Taco thing.  It was just easier to do and I had some amazing help.(thanks again Ryan)  Also my sweetest friend who did almost everything and has 5 kids.   Talk about WONDER WOMEN Caroline. Helped make 1/2 the scones and lined up all the other food for people to bring.   I only had to cook 80 or so scones and I kept saying to Ryan it doesn't seem like enough.  Maybe because last time I made 200 so 80 looks like NOTHING.  The night was crazy like all church events.  All  the kids go nuts and use the church as a playground. So I spend my time telling them over and over again to STOP RUNNING. (yes I'm the mean mom.)    And I was so busy helping out I didn't even eat nor did I get to take any pictures.  But that's OK Trevor found the camera and documented this special day for me.  Here is his view of the event.  I can't post more then  1/2 of the pictures because they are of other people and they will KILL me.

Great documentation huh.  Can  you tell how much I LOVE the Blue and Gold.

On a happier note isn't this little girl just the most darling thing ever.  I would steal her in a heart beat.  For the 10 min. program I got to sit down  she came and joined me.    She just sat in my lap the whole time and played with the stars.  I was amazed my kids NEVER just sit EVER.  She was so sweet.
