A little catch up.

April and May are always crazy. We have so much going on.  I always think when my kids get older my life wont be so busy.  And every year I'm wrong.
Gavin's last Kindergarten project.  He had to make a bug habitat.  His bug he was assigned was a dragon fly.  He had fun creating his box.  Only problem was we couldn't find (boy) dragon flies.  He wasn't to happy about he sparkles on them.

Ryan learned a great lesson.  My van paid the price.  I was with out a car for 3 very LONG weeks.  So happy to have it back.

The Kindergarten program.  Get's me every time. It's so cute.  And when they sing about how they can't wait to get to 1st grade it's a killer.  I hate that my babies are growing up.

Teacher appreciation week.  I slacked off this year and only was able to do one day.  I had the boys make cards while I did the craft.  Josh wrote the cutest letter to his teacher Mrs. Strong.

On the day before mothers day Trevor and his friend went out with his friends Dad looking for a new airsoft gun.  When he came home he didn't have a gun but a flower for me.  Wishing me a Happy Mothers day.  It made me cry this teen-age stage has been brutal.  I was so grateful that he was willing to spend his hard earned own money on a flower for me.  And he gave me a big hug telling me he loved me.  PERFECT.  It made my day.
Terrible picture with the sun glairing into all our eyes.  But my handsome boys on mothers day.  They tried to treat me like a princess. :).  Ryan had to go out of town so they were in charge.

We had Field day.  It was super hot.  So I didn't get any pictures out side.  But while we were there with the kids we decided to throw Mrs. Estes Gavin's amazing teacher a surprise baby shower. She is so stinking cute with these kids they all adore her.  I can't wait to see her new little one.  He's going to be one lucky boy to have such a great Mom.

While Ryan was out of town I got to drive his car seeing how my car was crunched but I got a flat.  For the life of me I couldn't get the dumb bolts off.   Luckily Ryan hadn't left yet and came to my rescue.
Finally got the dumb spare on and it too was flat.  Not the best day.

We had a early birthday party for Josh.  He's always upset because on his birthday it's usually scout camp, or most of his friends are out of town.  So for his 10th birthday I told him he could invite 10 friends and we could go where ever he wanted in May.  He picked Austin Park and Pizza.  Fun for kid nightmare for adults responsible for 10, 10 year olds.  Oh man.  They had a good time that's all that mattered right.

They were lucky they had 10 go-carts and the guy was nice enough to make it so they could all go together.  Josh won.  Unfortunately he drives just like his Dad.  Fast.

These boys were so patient waiting.  They played miniature golf, did the batting cages, played in the arcade, did laser tag, ate their weight in pizza and a huge cake and had a blast.  I love Josh's cute friends they are all such fun good kids.

Then we had the last day of school.  I was so glad I could hold onto my emotions until that night.  I didn't want to say goodbye to my boys teachers they were so great and it made it so we had such a wonderful year.

We were all sweaty from standing out side in the scorching heat at the end of the year party. Mrs. Brazle was so sweet to let all the sweaty smelly 4th graders give her a big hug.

Super fun party with bounce houses, a climbing wall and ice cream.  Trevor didn't have a party so I brought him doughnuts for his early birthday to give to his friends at lunch.  He wouldn't even let me come in and say hi to his friends.  Such a stinker.  Again this teen age years are the worst.

Gavin's so happy to officially look like a jack o lantern.  He has 3 missing teeth.  His little voice is so cute,

And we are getting our house ready to sale among all these other crazy things.  I'm a little bitter.  So more about that later.

You are my inspiration. You always make me laugh. Funniest person I know. Looking forward to hopefully touching base in TX - even though you'll be so busy. Sorry :(
