Ryan's parents came up for a little visit. It was a quick one so we tried to cram as much time together as we could. Sadly Ryan had a CRAZY week and just got back into to town the same time they arrived. We pulled the kids out of school on Friday so we could spend more time with them. The kids adore their grandparents and always are so sad when they leave. Truth be told so am I.
We had a few little adventures. We keep forgetting to take pictures for some reason. But we did get a few shots in.

| Going on the Duck Adventure. We've always wanted to go on one. They have the same thing in Seattle and our kids were just to small to go. It was a fun little adventure and we learned more about Austin that we wouldn't of known before. |

| I'm behind Trevor he's that tall that I can stand behind him and not be seen, and Grandma and Grandpa are next to me. |

| The only problem is they give everyone these ANNOYING duck noise makers. Our kids were about the only kids on the boat/car so the driver asked as we were getting on. "do me a favor and don't put the kid directly behind me." Not really knowing why until he gave us these stupid things. I was so ready in the end to chuck them off the boat/car thing. If you have a low tolerance to noise this adventure is not the best choice. |

Luckily the novelty of the quacker wore off mid way through the ride and they only used them when the guy told every one to quack at people. :). Grandma and Grandpa are such good sports.
The wind was Crazy this day. It's never been so bad. We tried to go to the Saturday market downtown and about got blown to death. I was sure we were going to have a tornado warning but luckily we didn't.
We also took them on a little hike around lake Austin. The lakes here have NOTHING on lake Chelan in WA. except it's warm enough to boat almost year round. We all love the water and to be out door so this is a perfect hike. Sadly we didn't get a picture of Grandma and Grandpa but I took this one off Grandpa's face book. Thanks for taking it Clair :). Seriously I need to learn how to smile and not look like a dork. |
We love having visitors and are so blessed to have such great Grandparents/parents whom we love so very much.
