So both Josh and Trevor played Flag football this year. I never thought I would say this but I LOVED it. It was so fun to watch. They actually did pretty good. Josh's pants were to big, his flags hit the field and he kept playing with his Mouth guard but his smile was priceless. We saw Trevor get a little more aggressive on the field and actually pulled a few flags. He loved being the center.
There are a lot of CRAZY parents here that scream at the kids the whole time. I was grateful for both of the boys amazing coaches who were in it for the experience and not always for the win.
Saturday was their last game and thank goodness for that. It was a hot one and we all fried. Our 1st Texas scorcher and man were we burnt though our sunscreen. Here are a few of their pictures. I can't wait for next year and the new season.

Football is the Texas national past time. So sad as you can see we never made it to TX in may...sniff sniff.
That's awesome, what a fun thing for them. I know what you mean about the screaming parents...what a good example to set for your kids hu? Being that I have only girls I doubt I will attend any football games but I do have 3 in soccer so that keeps me pretty busy not to mention 2 in dance and 1 in gymnastics. Thank goodness summer is comming to give me a break.
