I finally got my curtains. It took me 7 years to decorate the last house. I'm so indecisive and hate spending money on things like decorations. But it really made a difference when we finally did it. We have one huge window that lets in all the sun I LOVE the window but we noticed all to fast that we couldn't watch T.V. or set in the family room very long because it was to hot and it's bleaching out the furniture. So I decided to get drapes. So after a lot of debating and negotiation I finally got some.
Ryan also got a new gadget. The T.V. mounted on the wall. It's pretty big and was a bugger to install. But Ryan had to get one with some crazy clear resolution and wanted to connect his computer to it. (Ah my gadget geek.) I will have to say though it does look nice, and Saturday morning cartoons will never be the same :)
Now I just need to get the family portrait taken so we can put it above the mantel, a new rug (Jake ruined the last one) and a new entertainment table to go under the t.v. Hopefully the finnishing touches don't take me another 7 years!!

Oh I just love those! & I love the color! Did you hang those yourself? I also love the tv. Neal would be beside himself with one of those. Boys and their toys huh? Our babins broke our big screen focus so it only works in the middle so we pretty much don't even watch tv anymore unless it's video. But who wants to watch just the middle third? I'm laughing just writing this. Anyhow someday we'll replace it but in the meantime I'll just envy you with yours! ;-)p.s. when we do get one it'll definitely be one that the kids can't reach!
